This is only a guide, some models are more complex than others by virtue of how they are sculpted. This is primarily why there is a range of price inside each level.
Painting Quality
Basic
Basic paint jobs feature a clean basecoat, detail work and 1-2 levels of highlighting per base color. Basic includes simple detail work such as eyes and accessories. I will airbrush and work with a model’s details to try and get the right aesthetic for the feel of the model. These models look great for the tabletop at a very affordable price.
Premium
Premium paint jobs take the previous and kick it up a notch. They feature a clean basecoat, highlights and color build up for highlights, more advanced blending, Iayering, and powders for that extra impressive look, more fine detail work, object source lighting, etc. appropriate to the request and model. These models will look great on the tabletop as they will catch the eye from a distance.
Upper Crust
You know those models you look at on the table and wonder how they got those effects? Or can’t get over how amazing that model looks and feels? Then “Upper Crust” is for you. This level is usually for single models that you want to shine on the tabletop and takes more time to complete than your average army. Due to this, I reserve the right to start the pricing of these rather high, and depending on the model and qualities desired, could take a number of weeks to complete. As a heads up, each project is priced individually, so be aware of that before diving in!
To keep the organization of the painting process to the painting process, all models include some level of basing and assembly. However, as with most to all art, those things can be upgraded or changed! If you want to take a look at the next level, check out the table above.
